In our sessions, you’ll simply get comfy, however you want – on that lovely comfy sofa, on top of your bed, in your favourite armchair, it’s up to you! just allowing your mind to relax deeply and do what it’s built to do — reset and rewire.

And the best part? You’re fully in control, the whole time.

2. Before We Meet

Before your session, I take the time to review any information you’ve shared and reflect on your goals, challenges, and what matters most to you. This allows me to tailor our time together so that the session is focused entirely on your needs, helping you make the most progress in a calm, supportive, and personalised way.

3. The Session

Your one-hour Zoom session is designed entirely around you. Before we meet, I take time to review what you’ve shared so the session can be tailored to your goals and needs.
From there, everything is guided by what’s happening for you in the moment — your pace, your feelings, and what matters most to you. This creates a safe, supportive space where real, meaningful change can unfold.

4. The Check-in

Your Check-In session is a short, focused space to pause and reflect on your progress. We’ll review what’s been working, notice any challenges that have come up, and explore ways to keep you moving forward with ease and confidence. This session is entirely guided by your current needs — a gentle, supportive way to stay on track and continue building the shifts you’ve already started if you so wish.

5. Additional Sessions

If you feel you'd love to continue, additional sessions are available — entirely if you wish. These sessions are your way to keep building on the progress you’ve already made, deepening your confidence, calm, and clarity. There’s no pressure — it’s completely your choice. Each session is tailored to meet you where you are and support the changes you want to create.
